Summary: The property was very clean. There was a lovely welcome letter for us on the kitchen table which included nuance information about the property (like WIFI info). The property manager was very responsive in the lead up to our stay and was able to help us with our questions. It was a quiet neighbor hood which was ideal for us and very close to the beach, grocery store, gas station, and a variety of food options (15 minute radius at the most and that was a few of the restaurants we visited). The backyard was wonderfully kept. Grass was short and there was a stand-alone fire pit. We were provided with a good amount of wood at the start of our stay which got us through 2 evenings of having a fire. The only hiccup we had was that we did not receive the door code prior to our arrival. When we messaged the property manager it took about 30 minutes to get a reply and they were very apologetic.
