Open concept home renovated within the last 5 years which include: bamboo flooring throughout; kitchen with built in SS appliances and solid wood cabinets, updated bathrooms, basement has heated flooring, painting, screened in Muskoka room, granite stairs and landscaping, docks; the list goes on.Gorgeous lake and tree vistas from many of the rooms.The living room has a walk out deck that overlooks Fairy lake, enjoy the cathedral ceilings and the gas fireplace for those chilly Muskoka evenings, walk around the corner to the media room with a wood burning fireplace plus a walk into the fabulous Muskoka room.This Muskoka room is used all summer long, it is as though you are sitting in the trees.The kitchen is ideal for entertaining - your guests can sit and chat in the dining area or they can also enjoy access to the BBQ area and onto the deck overlooking the lake.The main floor library is fabulous for anyone who is working from home the internet is very fast!The upper level has 3 good sized bedrooms with 2 decks and 2 bathrooms.The Master bedroom has views of Fairy lake plus an Ensuite and walk through closet.The lower level is a spacious family room with a bathroom plus a walkout separate entrance - it also has heated floors.

The views from the lake house are exceptional - and just as stunning when you get down to the dock. There are multiple flights of stairs to the dock but it is well worth the short exercise! There is lighting all the way down to the dock as well!
