Summary: Staff at reception terrible , hallways and rooms are in very poor state. Only positive was the food at the restaurant st Laurent as well as the buffet breakfast. The hostess was an older lady who sat us for dinner and breakfast. She was extremely nice and helpful. The entire rooms department, staff and product need a completely new decor and training.
