L'yle Ila is a beautiful newly remodeled year round cottage, with sleeping for 6 located on the water (ladder entry) with spectacular views of Lake Erie.
Enjoy swimming in the shallow water and relaxing on the beach. Listen to the sound of waves as you watch the evening sunset from the deck overlooking 120 feet of shoreline. At dusk, you'll be able to sit around and watch the sunset. L'yle Ila offers everything you need for a perfect waterfront getaway. It's located in a quiet area, yet minutes from restaurants and golf courses.
The open concept main floor shows off the spacious living room and dining areas with large windows facing the lake. The living room is equipped with a cozy stone gas fireplace, TV, high speed internet and DVD. This place is ideal for entertaining throughout the year.
The newly remodeled kitchen lets you enjoy the lake views even if you're the one having to cook! You'll find all the appliances and utensils needed to put together great meals: fridge, stove, microwave, blender, dishwasher and more.
The main floor also includes two bedrooms; both with queen size beds. There is also a three piece washroom on the main floor with a walk-in shower. The second floor bedroom, with a queen bed, looks out to a spectacular view of the lake and includes a three piece ensuite (walk-in shower).
There is also central air conditioning, a water purification system, and laundry facilities.
Please note that depending upon the year, the water levels are such that there is no beach at all. Even when conditions are such that there is a beach, it is small and not big enough to put down a beach towel or chairs.
Not recommended for children 5 years of age or under.
The cottage is located on an easy-to-reach road with parking for two (2) vehicles at the cottage. Great location as you're only a few minutes away from Port Colborne Golf Course and Country club.
