Doe Island South is a perfect little island retreat featuring an off grid oceanfront cabin with its own floating dock. The cabin is 950 sq ft with an open living concept. It has a spacious bedroom(queen bed) and loft(2 single beds) so can comfortably accommodate 4-6 guests. With stunning views and easy access to fishing and other ecotourism activities.
Doe Island is accessible BY BOAT ONLY with close access to Quadra Island or Campbell River, BC. There are water taxi services available from Campbell River.
Doe Island is 3.8 acres and primarily in a natural, undisturbed state. The property boasts some towering majestic old growth fir and cedar trees, beautiful Arbutus, mossy bluffs and a diverse shoreline. The Island is privately owned with two homes developed on it.
Cabin features: linens and utensils provided, refrigerator with a small top freezer, regular size propane stove/oven, keurig, cookware and dishes provided, BBQ, deck space and chairs, composting toilet, TV with DVD player, outdoor shower. Private dock moorage for 2-3 boats.
