This family friendly cottage is perfect for couples with children as it is filled with fun and entertainment and is only a 5 minute drive from a beautiful public beach and has a brand new hot tub! The cottage is cozy, provides beautiful scenery of Lake Erie, and has a spacious backyard to either host a BBQ while catching some sun on the large patio, or playing games in the large grass space.

-Maximum of 6 adults
-Maximum of 3 children (under 16 y/o)
-If no children in booking then child bedroom will be locked and unusable during the stay due to the bedroom being dedicated and geared towards children and as such have weight limits on the bunk beds.
**BOOKING REQUIREMENTS**

**PURPOSE OF RENTAL PROPERTY**
This cottage is FAMILY friendly, and as such no young, singles (less than 25 years of age) will be approved for rental. Entryway, outdoor cameras are accessible by the host at any time and rental agreement will be terminated, full security deposits will be kept and law enforcement will be called if found in breach of any of the house rules.

The basement workshop/toolshop is a shared space with our maintenance crew. Individuals sharing this space are allergic to dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters/guinea pigs etc and as such no pet service animal is allowed inside of the property. Any persons inquiring a service animal of any sort should refrain from booking this cottage.

Any long weekends have to be booked in full, minimum 3 night rental.
