The unit is fully-private, with a private entrance, full bathroom, a queen bed in each room, a quiet workspace, full kitchen, and fast WiFi. Lastly, there is a PS5 and HD TV to maximize the fun!
The property is a fully-private two-bedroom unit in the lower level of a triplex building. It has 9 steps down to access the entrance.
The unit has a large living room with comfortable couch, dining area, and a TV and gaming console. It also has a full kitchen with a convection oven, microwave, full fridge and freezer, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle.
There are two large bedrooms, each with a queen bed, side tables, closets, and a small desk which can be used as workspace.
If you are travelling with a child, we can provide you with a crib, and toys for children age 0 to 4 years.
You have one private parking spot behind the building for free. We can provide up to two additional parking spots behind the building for $20 per night. There is also ample street parking available if needed.
We offer free 24/7 secure luggage storage inside the building (outside of the unit) — perfect if you arrive early or leave late. Early check-in or late check-out inside the unit may be possible upon request, depending on availability (no reservation before/after).
There is a separate laundry/storage room with, laundry soap.
Kindly note: the washer and dryer are available for use on Saturdays and Sundays, or on weekdays after 7 PM.
The property is centrally located, and you can easily arrive using train or via car. If you are driving, you can take Highway 401 and the Yonge St. exit, which will be minutes to the property. If you are taking the train (e.g. UP Express from Toronto Pearson) you can get off at the Lawrence Station and walk for a few minutes to the property.
