It is composed of a bright living room with plenty of windows overlooking the square, the church and the canal, furnished with two comfortable leather couches, a large double sofa-bed and two antique armchairs for a total of 7 seats. In the dining room there is an extensible table for up to 10 people and a well-equipped full-optional kitchen.
The apartment has a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The main bedroom with king size mattress and en-suite bathroom offers a stunning canal view; the 2nd bedroom is furnished with two single beds that can also be used as a double beds, this is the most spacious and offers a stunning view on the square and the church; the 3rd bedroom is a little smaller, faces onto private gardens and has a queen size bed. On the ground floor there is a 4th very spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. It is completely independent from the first floor and accessible from the communal entrance hall. This room can be set up with either a king-size bed or two single beds upon request.
