You want to be right on the Lake with no stairs? Then this is the spot. Easy road access with no stairs to climb. Cottage is surrounded by trees so great privacy from neighbours. Lake is 10 feet from cottage. Hughes Lake is very private and secluded with no high powered boats. If peace and tranquility is what you are looking for then you have reached your destination. If you are into catching the big one this Lake has lots of fish that are hungry. Cottage is situated between Magnetawan and Sundridge. So if you like to explore, there are Farmers Markets all summer long into the fall. There are tons of walking trails, local restaurants, horesback riding and golfing close by. Cottage has been updated throughout with new septic, kitchen, bathroom and living spaces. All you have to do is arrive and unpack. Cottage has a fire pit with wood supplied and you can walk around the forest to find the perfect marshmallow roasting stick. There is a canoe, 2 kayaks, pedal boat. You must provide your own life jackets. There are 2 bedrooms. One has a queen size bed the other a queen/double bunk bed. The living spaces also have 2 double sofa pullouts. So 6-8 people can sleep comfortably. Inside the cottage there is a 2 piece bathroom with the shower housed outside. A propane BBQ is also available for all your BBQing. It is the perfect escape from the city to create beautiful memories with your family and loved ones.
