Beautiful home located in Marpole Vancouver! This 1000 sq. ft. basement home is newly furnished and is located in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All three bedrooms have a Queen size bed. The living room also has a comfy queen sized sofa bed. Rentals are accommodated with the house being fully furnished and inclusive of all utilities (electricity, gas, wifi, tv, etc.)
