Located in New Haven's Morris Cove, this house shows the history of New Haven. The house boasts updated everything: lights, electrical, painting, and new kitchen. It also has a fireplace, sunroom, and a firepit in the rear yard. The place is tastefully decorated with images of New Haven's historic places and landmarks. It is also decorated with concert bills, events, historical documents, music bands, and memorabilia. Close to Yale, Tweed, Amarante's, Anthony's Ocean View, & Lighthouse park.

The space: 3 bedroom house. Two bedrooms have a queen bed in each bedroom (Jimi Hendrix and Pink Floyd rooms). Third bedroom (Star wars themed room) has two twin beds. 1.5 baths, full, brand new, newly updated kitchen. The basement has a full wash room. The basement also has the Retro Room. Retro room has two gaming chairs, a Nintendo re-release, Playstation release, and an old school Ms. Pacman arcade machine. The room can be lit with a Pacman neon light. Adjacent to the Retro Room is a full wash room with a washer and dryer.
