The cottage is located right off Highway 89 making it very easy to access all the local wineries and local restaurants like O'Mally's, Toro, Knapp and Buttonwood Winery, and the Boathouse Beer Garden. Also within one mile of Dean's Cove boat launch. Beautiful setting for water sports, fishing, hunting and touring local wineries. Great dock access for boating (boats not included) and/or swimming, etc. Property is just 30 miles from the Watkins Glenn racetrack and 15 miles north of Taughannock Falls park.
