Newly renovated and located on a large double lot in the heart of Dartmouth. Two levels, the main floor has a living room, a new modern kitchen with all new appliances, a TV/entertainment room, two bedrooms, a full bathroom with walk in shower and main floor laundry. The top level has two bedrooms and a full bathroom.

- Burnside Industrial Park /Dartmouth Crossing 5km /7min
- Downtown Halifax 5km/10min
- MicMac Mall 3km/5min
- Groceries (Sobeys), Bars/Restaurants, Recreation/Gym (Sportsplex) within 1km
SLEEPS up to 8 people: Four separate/private bedrooms. Three bedrooms with queen size beds and one bedroom with a double Murphy bed. Also a fold out Futon bed in the TV room.
PARKING 4-6 vehicles: Flat 100' x 30' gravel driveway with parking for 6 plus vehicles (plus a trailer, etc.)
Please note: the building has a separate self contained basement apartment with its own side entrance and outside area.
