Positive: The staff and security was so nice. I went to a concert and stayed after. Very convenient! The staff was all really helpful. Every person I spoke to was friendly, not just customer service friendly. They were kind, funny, helpful, and some went above and beyond without being asked to. Extra special thank you to Caesar’s security staff at the concert. Really made my night with their kind help, thank you so much! I don’t gamble, but there’s ample opportunity.

Negative: Really long walk to/from the hotel lobby and the parking deck. Not at all disability friendly in length, but good in access (elevators, ramps, etc). However it is very and easy quick to access the valet from the hotel lobby. If I was going to do it again I’d prob just valet, since there’s a fee for parking overnight but I didn’t know I was staying in advance of the concert finishing. Easy to bypass the walk now that I know though. I appreciated that I didn’t need to move my car once I decided to stay though.
