5 Bedroom Cottage in Armour, Sundridge
Situated on a large private lot, our newly owned and renovated cottage comes with several amenities. A beautiful sand beach with a gradual slope into the water, makes the waterfront safe for everyone. The large deck overlooks the lake and beach volleyball court.
Our cottage has three buildings. The main cottage is totally renovated on the inside, open concept with three bedrooms, new 4-piece bathroom (with heated floor) and a new kitchen, which includes a dishwasher and quartz counters. The living room/dining room features a wood burning stove, comfortable furniture and a large dining table. Located in the mudroom there is a stacked washer/dryer.
A newly renovated (interior) two-bedroom guest cottage (with a 3-piece bathroom and kitchenette that includes: a new quartz counter, fridge, sink, microwave, toaster and coffee maker) and is located directly beside the main cottage.
There is a separate rustic Bunkie that operates as a games room, that includes a ping-pong table set plus more and is located behind the main cottage. The cottage property is great for large families or large groups with lots of space and activities for everyone.
Close to the towns of Burks Falls and Sundridge, this cottage is located approximately 2.5 hours from Toronto.
