The high quality 5,000 square foot cottage with soaring ceilings has 7 bedrooms, including 3 master suites; ideal for multiple families. Granite and wood accents throughout maintain the cottage ambiance. The walkout lower level includes a bar, bunk room and second family room with entertainment system. The cottage includes a self contained attached guest cottage. The level land, gorgeous sand beach and granite walkways make this retreat convenient for all. Beautiful views from floor to ceiling windows, a screened in Muskoka room and outdoor porches. Premises are equipped with central heating and AC, BBQ, flat screen TVs and WiFi. Completing this Retreat is a large level driveway with ample parking, large dock, boat house and granite fire pit.

$450 cleaning fee per week.
Sleeps 14 comfortably, $150 per night per guest if greater than 12 guests.
Check-in is Friday at 4:00pm, Check-out is Friday at 10:00am.
Payment: 25% at time of reservation, 25% 6 months prior to arrival date, and balance due 60 days prior to arrival date.
