Positive: Good location.

Negative: I wanted to upgrade our room. Apparently because we booked through a third party they were not able to accommodate the request. I was treated differently just because I was not a rewards member who did not book through them. Had I known that it would impact my stay in such a way, I would not have booked there. I did submit the upgrade request through the third party site but received no reply. I was there in person, and I could see the available room, yet could not be moved. Someone needs to simplify this process. I should not have to go online when there is staff there to handle this. How ridiculous.
