Lovely family neighborhood. Around the corner from the famous and beautiful Island Beach State Park. Great for bird watching, and bike riding kayaking, boating,jet skiing...etc... Home is conveniently located in walking distance to beach, bay and delicious restaurants.. Some of the best restaurants on the Island are located up the street and within walking distance as well. No parking problems. Home has Beautiful 2 brand new kitchens with stone counter tops, 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths, sun porch, 2 living rooms, dining room, 2 E.I. Kitchens2 family rooms, 2 laundry rooms with washer and dryer, central air, yard with hot outside shower, and BBQ with table and chairs. Beautifully located to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets on the Barnegat Bay from the house. Family friendly Boardwalk has the best food on the East Coast of Jersey Shore. Great option for thrills for the kids. Far enough to be peaceful during the day, and close enough for a short ride at night. Families with young children can enjoy the excitement and thrill of the amusement parks, just a short ride away. Walking distances to delicious restaurants, bake shops, and sub shops. Bring your bikes!!! Great riding area, no traffic.

This is a six bedroom home that has the ability to lock off one floor for the Month of May and part of June only. The amenities are exactly the same on each floor but it will only be rented to one guest at a time. You will not be sharing the home with another traveler. If you would like to rent the whole house which is a 6 bedroom, the price is as is, however if you want only one floor in the month of May or June only, it would be half of the cost. Small pets are welcome for a small pet fee. for the week.
