Walk through the doors of this top floor, waterfront condo and take in the beauty of the Okanagan. This well appointed condo has all the amenities - outdoor heated pool open from May long weekend until the end of Thanksgiving weekend, outdoor Hot Tub open all year, beautiful courtyard, large sand beach, underground parking, close to downtown Vernon, half hour to Silver Star Ski resort, many golf courses and wineries close by. Great deck space includes a Weber BBQ. We have an excellent private marina and a boat slip is available if you require for $30 per day of stay, If boating , there is a gas bar for boats one minute down the lake with a waterfront pub and restaurant that can be accessed by boat or vehicle. The condo has two bedrooms, each with their own king size bed and full bathroom. The third Bedroom/ Den Has a bunkbed with a queen mattress on bottom and a Queen mattress on top with a half bath next to it. Full size washer and dryer are included in the suite as well as a bar fridge in the kitchen and fireplace in living room.
Condo Rules are to be adhered to and are strictly enforced with fines for infractions. When you book the condo, you will be provided with a list of rules and regulations for the complex and the marina.
