Close to lakes, hiking and skiing. Bring your friends and family together in this spacious, modern, secluded, recently renovated 4 bedroom cottage. Easy travel from NYC and Philadelphia.
The space
The property features an open concept first floor with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with fireplace, living room with Smart Tv and fireplace, a master bedroom and a full bathroom. Access to the deck from both kitchen and dining room.
The second floor has a living room and dedicated work space, a gorgeous bedroom with ceiling high windows so you can enjoy the amazing morning and evening views from the comfort of your bed. Another two bedrooms and a full bathroom complete the second floor.
The outdoor features a deck with a dining table and gas bbq grill, a firepit area to enjoy a glass of wine by the fire, and a hammock to complete the full view of the house.
Community amenities include 4 beaches, 3 heated swimming pools, hot tubs, fitness center and a game room with pool table, shuffleboard, Foosball and more. Just minutes from Camelback and Jack Frost ski resorts, as well as Pocono Raceway, white water rafting, paintball, zip-lining, Kalahari and Mt. Airy/Mohegan Sun casinos.

Additional Guest Fees and Registration:
Please note that in order to enter the gated community, there is a required $35 renter registration fee and form to submit before arrival. In addition, you will be required to pay for a gate pass for every vehicle entering the community as well as a temporary membership fee that allows you to take advantage of all the amenities Arrowhead Lake has to offer.

FEES:
Temporary membership fees are mandatory and is assessed to all rentals for occupants age 6 and over. - $6 per person per night
Gate card fee will be charged $20 per vehicle.
Transaction Fee: $35
All guests need to register and pay at least 3 days prior to arrival.
Wristbands grant you access to community amenities, including 3 swimming pools, beaches, fishing, tennis courts, communal lodge w/gym, library & billiards room, bicycle/boat/paddleboard rentals, sledding hill.
You may enter the community the day of arrival at any time to use the amenities, but the house will not be available until 4pm. (early check in upon availability). Wristbands must be worn while using any community amenities.
Garbage: There is a garbage and Recycle center at the front gate below the member services building where we ask guests to drop off trash before leaving. It is a drive-through center with someone there to help you get the trash out of the car.
Wildlife: Besides the cutest chipmunks running around we also have deer and bear sightings. Please be mindful of leaving food outside that will attract animals.
