Summary: The location of the property was excellent for our needs. The house was roomy with enough bedrooms & bathrooms. It was well supplied with good quality towels & dishware.The layout could have been outlined a bit better. The bedroom with ensuite was situated in the basement with a tricky stairwell, not great for seniors. The other two bathrooms required one to walk through one bedroom to access the bathroom in the adjacent bedroom. Not a big issue, but could be a worry for those getting up to use the bathroom at night, & not wanting to disturb sleeping people.The sunroom was not usable due to a strong smell of mildew.There was a dangerous accumulation of lint in the dryer filter.We used the washer & dryer, but marks were left on a couple of white items. We were able to remove the marks.No screens on the upstairs 2nd floor windows. Parking was difficult due to work happening on the street as well as street cleaning. There was an overflow place to park around the corner, but we found out about it from a person in the street.
