A short drive to Port Carling will bring you to the hub of the Muskoka Lakes with its trendy shops, restaurants and ice cream parlours. Icon features road access so you can get there by land or boat! This family cottage is the perfect spot for your summer vacation!

ICON - A charming cape cod style cottage set back from Lake Muskoka in a sheltered cove with 110' of frontage facing east looking at Gem Island! The shallow, sandy entry leads to deep waters - about 5 feet off the dock! A stone path leads from the house to a lakefront fire pit with Muskoka chairs. The boathouse is equipped with one dock with one boat slip. The grassy level lawn provides ample room for kids to run around and play!
The cottage is newly updated and has an abundance of windows to provide a light airy space while keeping some of the old Muskoka cottage charms. The living room has an incredible wood-burning beach stone fireplace for cool evenings. The bright kitchen and dining room overlook over the grounds and beautiful waterfront. Easy access to the deck with additional dining space and BBQ can be found here.
