The multi level main porch area has plenty of room for seating and dining complimented with a plush outdoor living set and plenty of umbrellas to stay in the shade or out of the rain, which has been provided in the form of classic Muskoka chairs. The property itself consists mostly of a lush lawn and a large dock at the water's edge.

The screened-in Muskoka Room has seating for eight or more at a large dining room table as well as too futon couches providing for large family gatheringsThis wonderfully rustic room has wooden floors, walls and, high wooden ceilings. Iron features bring the room to life. For 2025there is a full cottage white repaint plus a full-newly renovated white kitchen and island with stainless steel appliances; blends nicely with the light wooden finishes. A breakfast table for four sits just off to the side of the kitchen. The cozy living room provides a fantastic view of the waterfront.

The main floor is home to a kitchen and adjacent dining space. A warm and comfortable living room with TV and a stunning view of the lake bring everything together.
