Nestled amongst the Carolina palm trees, this comfortable, well-appointed cottage is the perfect vacation spot for your family and friends. It is a stand-alone cottage with ample room for parking underneath in a quiet neighborhood on Seabrook Island. This cottage is in pristine condition and awaiting your visit.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed, updated en suite bathroom and an oversized HDTV. Patio doors give you direct access to the screened porch and sitting area. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with sliding doors to give you direct access to the deck. The third bedroom has a full size bunk bed with a twin mattress on top. Between these two bedrooms is a shared, updated bathroom.
The living area has plenty of seating and has a 42” cable TV. The kitchen has seating for 4 and includes microwave, refrigerator with water and ice, range oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is well stocked for all your needs to create home cooked meals. There is High Speed Internet and 2 beach chairs with Table Tennis in the covered below area.
There is ample indoor and outdoor seating for meals, snacks or gaming. From the shaded, screened porch, you can enjoy a secluded view of the 2nd fairway of the Ocean Winds Golf Course. There is a seating area as well as a dinette set on the screened porch for your enjoyment and a gas grill for outdoor cooking and grilling.
Amenity cards are available for purchase for daily ($50) or weekly ($300) in season use to give you access to the Seabrook Island Club facilities to include the outdoor pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island Club restaurant/bar, fitness center, golf and tennis. The Lake House facility has a large, well-equipped fitness center and indoor swimming pool. There are additional fees for golf, tennis and fitness center use. Amenity rates are lowered for the Off Season of Nov 1 - Mar 1.
The owner requires adherence to the neighborhood rules and no loud parties as to create a nuisance for neighbors. Also there is no smoking permitted in or around this house and no pets allowed. The LSV golf cart is reserved for owner use only.
Two gate passes are provided with rentals of one week or more. One gate pass provided for less than one week. There will be an additional fee of $40 for additional gate pass. Only 3 total passes are allowed for this cottage.
