I offer two studios adjoining the 27M2 balcony and for 4/5 people each to rent together or individually (the two Alps 1800).
The studios are south facing with a large balcony for each (photo with view) offering a breathtaking and unobstructed view of the Deux-Alpes resort, the ski slopes and the summit of the Muzelle.
Ideally placed for skiers with departure and return at the foot of the residence, village chairlift at 50m, guaranteed snow with ski up to 3600m above sea level and 220km of slopes.
Ski lift box and ESF ski school just next to the chairlift.
Various shops (restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores and sports shops) nearby.
Municipal wellness area just below the building with indoor / outdoor pool with sauna, hammam, jacuzzi.
Free and regular shuttle to circulate throughout the resort.
The residence is quiet, digital code at the entrance.
The 2 studios include a bathroom with shower, separate toilet, a sleeping area with a sofa bed, a bunk bed, kitchen equipped with mini-oven, electric hob, dishwasher (1 studio), LCD screen, WIFI .
Most of the rental: underground parking and discounts for our tenants:
- 5% for the purchase of a SKIPASS ski pass of 4 days or more on the site.
- from 20 to 50% on the rental of sports equipment.
- 5 to 10% from certain merchants in the resort (leisure, fitness, caterers, ski school, sports shops, restaurants, mountain restaurant, souvenirs).
