Summary: This was our first time renting a cottage through VRBO, and also our first time in Newfoundland. Right from the beginning our host Danielle was very friendly and helpful. We fell in love with the little cottage by the sea from the pictures, and when we got there it didn’t disappoint. The decorations were lovely, the cottage cozy and the beds were comfy. I can see it being a little difficult to get around in if someone has balance or mobility issues as it’s an older building and has uneven floors and a narrow stairway, but we found that this just added to its charm. I liked the little notes that were left all over to clarify things as well, they were very helpful. We stayed for four nights and I wish we could have stayed longer. There are many things to see around the area, or it’s great for just relaxing too. We would definitely come back to stay here again. The view was amazing.
