All on one level. Living room with kitchenette and lounge area. Two bedrooms: one with two single beds (90 cm) and the other with one double bed (160 cm). Shower room with separate WC. Gas central heating. Covered shelter. Garage. Private unfenced garden of 500 m² and a shared unfenced garden of 1000 m² with the other gîte, 25 meters away. Terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and barbecue. Guests can enjoy the shared jacuzzi year-round, located in a separate outbuilding with a shower and WC. Electricity is included.
